Why is the number is the same?
We decided not to have separate numbers for emergencies, because we felt it would confuse you, our customers. If we keep the same phone number its much easier for everybody to remember.
I have a website issue
Any website issues you come across please report them as soon as possible, so we can fix the issue and nobody else will have the same problem. Give us a message or quick call.
Do you do payment plans?
We have many different payment options available. We provide monthly pet plans too, so they are worth considering. This is something that will need to be discussed with the Vet.
How long do replies take?
Whether by phone, Email or messaging on Social Media. Replies are usually answered within 30 minutes. If we are busy up to 1 hour. Rest assured, we will get back to you.
Can I visit the clinic?
We decided to do appointments only, so if you have an appointment, that is fine. If you don’t please don’t attend the clinic and call us or give us a message instead.
What if I cant get there?
If you can not make it in for some reason, we have home visit options available. This is mainly used for farming livestock, but depending on circumstances, we could do home visits.
